Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Toolzio at https://www.toolzio.online (the "Service"). By accessing or using Toolzio, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

Toolzio provides free PDF tools — including merging, splitting, rotating, converting, compressing and annotating documents — that run locally in your web browser. The Service is provided free of charge and no account is required. Features may change, improve or be discontinued as the product evolves.

Your documents and responsibilities

Files are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to us, so you remain in full control of your documents. You are responsible for: the documents you process; keeping copies of your original files; and checking every output file before relying on it — especially for legal, financial, medical or official use. Only process documents that you own or are authorized to handle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Toolzio to: infringe any intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; remove or alter protections, watermarks or metadata you are not authorized to change; process unlawful material; or attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the Service.

Intellectual property

The Toolzio name, logo, website design and content (excluding your documents) belong to Toolzio or its licensors. Processing a document with our tools does not transfer any rights in that document to us.

Advertising

The Service is free and is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the sites they link to.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Browser-based processing is limited by your device, browser and file characteristics, and we do not guarantee that output will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolzio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from corrupted inputs, device or browser failures, or reliance on processed output that you did not verify.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
